Holiday Pies made just for you!

Holiday traditions are different for everyone and every family, and what a great world we live in that we can be a part of and enjoy the different traditions of the people around us! No matter what the nationality or heritage we are from, the one common denominator is food! As a Personal Chef, one of the great joys I have is being able to create food for my customers for what ever culinary cuisine or dietary requirements they have. Food is my passion and I love it all!

One of my personal favorite holiday traditions is pies for holiday dinner. In my family, we looked forward to the holiday season and the pies that came with it. Growing up in the mountains of New Hampshire, we would pick fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, and pumpkins during season, and be sure to freeze some in anticipation of the those luscious holiday pies! There were no shy pie eaters in our house! We would cut small pieces of each flavor of pie for dessert, because we couldn't decide which one we wanted the most. Pie for breakfast...you bet!

As a Personal Chef, I offer the holiday service of fresh, made to order pies for my customers! Whatever is your desire, from the classic apple, or mixed fruit pies, to something more exotic, such as: Mango strawberry with coconut crumb topping, or French Chocolate silk.
